Ideal candidates will have proven facilities maintenance experience, strong mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals; welding experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Fabricate or repair equipment and supervise external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance issues promptly.
