Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge spanning plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC.
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed; supervise external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues promptly.
