Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking dynamic facilities maintenance technicians in Texas to join our team and support residential and commercial properties. You will perform general maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC, inspect facilities, respond to work orders, and coordinate with external contractors to ensure timely, quality repairs.

Strong mechanical knowledge, ability to read schematics, welding capability preferred, and excellent English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge across trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals; welding is a plus.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks.
• Fabricate or repair equipment; supervise external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues promptly.
