The role requires a State of Arkansas journeyman license and 5 years of progressive plumbing experience. A strong customer-service orientation and ability to work with internal teams and outside vendors

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid State of Arkansas journeyman plumbing license required.
• Five years of progressive experience with plumbing systems, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial and light-industrial plumbing systems.
• Ability to coordinate with outside contractors and vendors to ensure timely repairs.
• OSHA standards, safety protocols, and hazardous material handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements of fixtures and lines.
• Install and maintain water heaters, drainage, and sewer lines; troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate and manage project schedules to minimize disruption.
• Maintain compliance with ADA and local codes in all plumbing work.
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine installation layouts.
• Monitor contractors on site to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain CMMS records, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
• Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours emergency responses.
