Job summary

Ciel Fayetteville LLC is seeking a Maintenance Tech for our Fayetteville, AR community. You will oversee building upkeep, perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry and grounds tasks, and ensure facilities are safe and functional for residents.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, repairs, and participating in ongoing training. Strong reading/writing in English and physical stamina are required to support a hands-on, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Plumbing knowledge to address leaks, clogs, or drainage problems.
• Electrical wiring capabilities for building electricity issues.
• Carpentry ability for basic repairs around the building.
• Groundskeeping for exterior areas.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Attention to detail to ensure safe, quality work.
• Physical stamina for a full shift of activity.
• Strong reading and writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Supports the mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting company culture and vision.
• Responsible for performing facility and grounds upkeep and repairs.
• Conduct maintenance, service, and repairs in carpentry, painting, plastering, and machine servicing.
• Repair and maintain plumbing fixtures such as toilets, urinals, and sinks.
• Manage routine maintenance and repairs.
• Attends training courses and maintains up-to-date monthly, quarterly, annual training through LMS.
• Other duties as assigned to support community success and resident happiness.
