Clinical Management Consultants seeks a Manager of Plant Facility Operations – Acute Care Hospital to lead the physical environment of a Los Angeles medical center, ensuring safety, reliability and innovation support quality patient care.

The role reports to senior hospital operations leadership and partners with engineering, maintenance, safety, and administrative teams to oversee plant operations, regulatory compliance, vendor relations, and capital projects in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Formación

• Extensive experience managing plant operations in a healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate capital projects.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee plant operations, preventive maintenance, utilities, and safety programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, and environmental health and safety.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and capital improvement projects.
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and support staff to maintain safe patient environments.
