Summit of Blue Ash is seeking a Plant Operations Associate to maintain the facility and its infrastructure, ensuring safety and reliability for residents and staff. The role supports the Director of Plant Operations, coordinates contractors, and participates in emergency planning and capital projects.

The position emphasizes hands-on maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general repairs, with a focus on teamwork and reliability in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Plumbing knowledge to address leaks, clogs, and drainage issues.
• Electrical wiring capabilities to manage building electrical systems.
• Carpentry ability for basic repairs around the building.

Responsibilities

• Oversee upkeep of the building and grounds to keep facilities safe and functional.
• Complete all required state continuing education hours each year.
• Coordinate with contractors and follow up on projects as needed.
• Assist Director of Plant Operations with emergency preparedness and capital expenditure projects.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and basic servicing in carpentry, painting, plastering, and plumbing.
