Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited high school or GED.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State of Florida driver's license.
• Post-offer physical examination required; testing may determine employment.
• Level II fingerprinting required; contingent on results.
• Minimum of three professional/personal references must be provided.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and supervises repair and maintenance programs for public facilities.
• Develops and monitors daily, weekly, monthly and annual work plans for Building Services Division.
• Allocates labor resources to repair, maintain, and enhance park/building facilities.
• Evaluates training programs, addresses employee complaints, and resolves issues.
• Ensures safety practices, conducts on-site inspections and maintains safety records.
• Prepares budget monitoring, expenditure trends, and cost-saving analyses.
• Assists in recruitment, training, and development of Division personnel.
• Plans schedules and assigns work activities based on priorities and available personnel.
