Job summary

ICL is seeking a Painter – Facilities to maintain the interior and exterior of its properties in Brooklyn, NY. The role reports to the Painter Foreman and involves painting, landscaping, grounds maintenance, and snow removal to ensure safe, clean environments across ICL locations.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years painting experience (or relevant training), a valid NY driver’s license, and legal work status in the U.S. Onsite work with travel to ICL properties.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Two (2) years of painting or related field under supervision, or completion of a two-year technical program.
• Certifications/Licenses: Valid, clean New York State Driver’s License.
• Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Work Location Requirement: Onsite; travel between ICL-owned properties.

Responsibilities

• Paint and maintain interior and exterior of ICL-owned properties.
• Support facility upkeep through landscaping, grounds maintenance, and snow removal.
