Job summary

ICL is seeking a Painter to maintain interior and exterior surfaces across its properties in Brooklyn and surrounding areas. Under supervision, you will prepare surfaces, mix paints, and apply finishes while supporting grounds maintenance.

The role requires at least two years of painting experience or a related technical program, a valid NY driver’s license, and the ability to work onsite and travel between properties. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Two (2) years of painting experience or completion of a related two-year technical school program.
• Valid, clean New York State Driver’s License required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces of ICL-owned properties.
• Prepare surfaces, mix and prime paints, and apply finishes with brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Assist with landscaping, grounds maintenance, and snow removal to keep properties safe and clean.
