Job summary

ICL is seeking a Facilities Custodian/Mover at our Brooklyn, NY site to clean offices, conference rooms, lobbies, restrooms and public areas. You will also perform floor maintenance, minor repairs, and move/transport office equipment for relocation services.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and at least one year in housekeeping/janitorial/maintenance. The job requires lifting up to 75 pounds and standing most of the day. Schedule is 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• One year experience in housekeeping/ janitorial/maintenance work or related.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and move objects weighing up to 75 pounds and spend most of the workday on one's feet.
• Possession of a clean valid NYS Driver's License desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning offices, conference rooms, lobbies, break rooms, restrooms, and other public areas.
• Perform floor maintenance and minor building repairs.
• Move, store, pack, load and transport office equipment or household items for relocation services.
