Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional painting experience with strong knowledge of finishing techniques.
• Minimum 5 years managing a painting team and work scheduling.
• Experience using CMMS and operating commercial painting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Paint Department and set daily priorities.
• Develop and manage daily/weekly work schedules for painters.
• Inspect work for quality, prep, and finish according to standards.
• Coordinate painting projects with events and facility operations.
• Estimate labor, materials, and timelines for projects.
• Train and mentor painters in techniques and safety procedures.
• Manage materials, supplies, and equipment inventory.
