Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of facilities coordination or related experience.
• Experience with CMMS and industrial/MRO environments.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facility activities to keep site safe, clean, functional, and operational.
• Manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and inspections; maintain records.
• Coordinate vendor services, quotes, POs, and invoices.
• Support production operations and prepare areas for new equipment or changes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, FAA, EASA, and local requirements.
• Assist project managers with facility improvement and construction activities.
