Job summary

MTU Aero Engines AG in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Project Manager – Facilities to plan, execute, and close facilities-related initiatives across the organization, supporting the ramp-up of MTU Maintenance's Alliance Fort Worth facility.

You will lead construction and renovation projects, manage scopes, budgets, and schedules, coordinate with architects, engineers, and vendors, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related certification in project management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing or similar.
• PM certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and deliver facilities and construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop detailed scopes, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare and manage SOWs, RFQs, URSs, and bid documents.
• Oversee construction to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
• Communicate updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Support space planning and facility optimization.
• Assist PMO in planning processes and maintenance program.
