Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an IFM Director of Facilities Operations 2 to support a large financial services client location in Plano, TX. This role will manage a team that supports the continued infrastructure of a corporate building while also overseeing food service.

In this senior leadership role, you’ll oversee engineering services such as HVAC, BAS, preventive maintenance, and electrical work, leading multidisciplinary teams and driving improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Management experience: 5–7 years.
• Related experience: 5–7 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and utilities.
