Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. in Chesapeake, VA seeks a Facility Operations Analyst to manage landlord work orders and oversee reopening stores after facilities issues, ensuring stores remain open and compliant with brand standards.

You will coordinate with construction, property management and other teams, guide third-party maintenance partners, and maintain detailed records with Excel/CRM tools to drive timely repairs and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma. Some college preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, facilities management, construction management, or related fields.
• Experience with retail facilities management in multi-location real estate organization.
• Industry certifications such as CAPM, PMP, CFM, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Landlord Work Order Management: manages landlord maintenance and repairs; engages landlords to keep stores open and maintained to brand standards.
• Temporary Store Closure Management: coordinates actions to quickly re-open stores after maintenance needs.
• Primary liaison for Temporary Closed Stores Team; enhances communications, visibility, and reporting across teams.
