Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking a Facility Operations Analyst to manage landlord work orders and coordinate store reopenings after facilities-related issues. The role requires liaising with landlords and third-party maintenance partners to keep locations open and compliant with brand standards.

You will support temporary store closures, coordinate with Construction, Property Management and other teams, and help improve communications, reporting, and efficiency in reopenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; some college preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, facilities management, construction management, or related fields.
• Experience in retail facilities management in multi-location real estate organization preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manages landlord maintenance and repair obligations to ensure stores stay open and meet brand standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party maintenance partners to reopen stores after closures.
• Provide primary point of contact for the Temporary Closed Stores Team and enhance communications and reporting between groups.
