Job summary

RTX is seeking a dedicated custodian for a 2nd shift onsite position in Andover, MA. The role requires performing a range of cleaning tasks in offices and common areas and adhering to safety procedures to maintain a dust-free, sanitary environment. A DoD Secret clearance is required, and U.S.

citizenship is mandatory for eligibility. The position is onsite from 2:30pm to 11:00pm, with union-backed pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning operations following supervision.
• Sweep, mop floors, strip and polish as required.
• Clean desks, furniture, walls, glass, and fixtures.
• Maintain sanitary washrooms and rest areas.
• Dispose of waste and manage recycling properly.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area.
• Operate cleaning tools and equipment as instructed.
