RTX is seeking a Facilities Operator to perform a range of maintenance and laborer duties onsite in Woburn, MA. The role involves groundskeeping, equipment setup, and basic millwright tasks, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

The position requires at least 2 years of trades training, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED or HiSET).
• Minimum of 2 years trades training and general maintenance service duties.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Performs groundskeeping, snow operations, equipment setup, furniture moving and patching.
• Maintains, repairs, and installs roof top fall protection systems.
• Operates millwright duties: moving, positioning, and setting up machine tools and equipment.
• Assists in rigging and in delivery/removal of stock and debris.
• Hangs wall fixtures and signage on masonry or brick surfaces.
• Keeps work area clean and maintains records and safety compliance.
