Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA is seeking a 2nd shift onsite technician for microelectronics fabrication and inspection. The role requires adherence to verbal, written, video and computer instructions, with duties including assembly, trimming, marking, and quality checks. This position operates on a 2:30PM–11:00PM schedule and requires U.S.

citizenship and the ability to obtain DoD clearance. Starting wage is $20.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to pass required assessments related to the duties described above.
• Previous microelectronics experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow verbal, written, video, and computer instructions.
• Perform microelectronic and microwave fabrication, screening, assembly, inspection, trimming operations.
• Operate multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously.
• Monitor process equipment for specification compliance and collect/verify quality data.
• Mark, stencil, and paint per process requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and final acceptance.
• Maintain and transport product, materials, and tooling as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and ensure safety rules are followed.
• Assist with rework and other duties to produce product.
• Maintain records and manage material movement in workflow.
