Job summary

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is seeking a full-time Facilities Work Coordinator at the Kennedy Space Center in Merritt Island, FL. You will input and schedule work orders, maintain records for compliance, and support maintenance operations with internal customers.

The role requires strong data organization, knowledge of database/work management tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will work closely with technicians and managers, with flexible hours including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years' office experience preferred.
• Thorough working knowledge of database entry or work management solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Input and schedule work orders and maintain records for maintenance compliance.
• Generate and monitor work orders according to policies and priorities.
• Assist in reporting and audits; design reports from the maintenance database.
• Coordinate with technicians and managers on PM schedules and systems.
• Possess a valid driver's license and operate company vehicle as needed.
