Job summary

Velociti Services is seeking an Account Coordinator in Atlanta to support daily facilities operations by reviewing, processing, and managing client work orders across platforms. You will ensure accuracy, timely follow-up, and clear communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, tracking work progress, and producing operational reports while supporting Account Managers with client updates and service changes.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of facilities services, operations coordination, or administrative support.
• Experience with work order management platforms (OPX and/or client-facing portals).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming work orders for accuracy and scope.
• Enter and maintain work orders in OPX according to standards.
• Monitor client work order portals for updates and required actions.
• Prioritize and assign work orders based on urgency and SLAs.
• Track progress from initiation to completion in both systems.
• Ensure documentation is complete and uploaded with each work order.
