Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline preferred or equivalent military/trade education.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial facilities maintenance environments.
• Experience coordinating contractors and service providers.
• Experience supporting preventive maintenance programs and facility infrastructure systems.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and utility systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance planning tools.
• Experience with industrial gas systems, process cooling water, and compressed air systems.
• OSHA or facilities certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for facility infrastructure and building systems.
• Schedule and track maintenance to maximize facility uptime.
• Oversee contractors and service providers to ensure safety and quality.
• Support facility improvement projects and upgrades.
• Monitor critical utility systems and building infrastructure.
