Qualifications

• Three years of responsible accounting or general clerical experience.
• Education: College courses from an accredited institution in business or related education may be substituted for two years of the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Equity-minded focus and inclusivity in education and employment environments.
• Promotional: One year of experience with LRCCD as a Maintenance Operations Clerk or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintains records on and receives, analyzes, and distributes campus maintenance requests.
• Coordinates removal of hazardous/biohazardous/toxic materials and maintains related records.
• Prepares requisitions for materials and purchase orders; processes industrial injuries time reports.
• Assists in coordination of Americans with Disabilities Act information, budget info, and safety/risk management.
• Attends meetings representing the Director of Operations; may oversee student employees.
