Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with seven years' related experience.
• Connecticut S2 license.
• Strong supervisory and payroll management experience.
• Knowledge of building systems and energy management.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Develop and implement maintenance policies.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure code compliance.
• Assign staff and manage tools/equipment.
• Plan, estimate, and coordinate repairs and renovations.
• Coordinate service with trades and vendors.
• Provide guidance during routine and emergency situations.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage a staff of nonexempt employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
