Job summary

Chesterfield County Public Schools is seeking a Trades Supervisor of Facilities Services to oversee BOS and custodial staff, coordinate maintenance across buildings, and ensure safety and efficiency. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required in business or related field.
At least 10 years of relevant experience with 5 years in K-12 or similar environments.
High School diploma or equivalent required; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Oversee and administer custodial and BOS services; coordinate workload across buildings.
Develop and deliver training for BOS and direct reports; monitor performance.
Supervise custodial staff and ensure alignment with district policies.
Track time, attendance, and work orders; manage inventory of parts and tools.
Coordinate with school administrators and vendors; schedule vertical maintenance.
Prepare ad hoc reports and maintain equipment and supply records.
