You will work under supervision, may require after hours or weekend shifts, and may assist with cafeteria cleaning and school events. Basic English, teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and cleaning standards.
• Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment.
• Requires the ability to use standard English to read and follow instructions; write simple sentences.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently with machinery.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning duties to include inside fixtures, floors, walls, and windows.
• Perform intermediate to advanced tasks in floor care, upholstery, window covering maintenance and deep cleaning tasks.
• Perform small leadership tasks coordinating preventative custodial maintenance tasks.
• Prepare standard reports including daily task reports, work control documents, work orders, and inventory checklists.
• Work independently and in a team environment to complete assigned duties.
