Qualifications

• Working knowledge of general building trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and maintain facilities safely.
• Experience coordinating with custodial staff and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily maintenance and repairs across facilities.
• Checks roof drains and inspects building infrastructure.
• Manages pest control and security system operation.
• Supervises custodian day porters, conducts performance reviews, and schedules tasks.
• Performs audits and ensures compliance with safety procedures.
