JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy.

The Section Supervisor II leads a diverse team in facilities maintenance, scheduling, project execution, and space management to support mission requirements. This role requires strong leadership, budget awareness, and the ability to coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams, plus the capacity to obtain a DoD security clearance and US citizenship within 180

Qualifications

• Must have experience supervising a team in a technical/maintenance environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance; U.S. citizen required.
• Must possess a valid, state-issued driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervises work performed by employees in the shop or work unit.
• Sets employee work schedules and tracks time.
• Interprets and enforces company policy; evaluates performance and recommends wage actions.
• Interviews and provides hiring recommendations for vacancies.
