Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking a Branch Supervisor II for Edwards AFB Range Operations. You will supervise real-time operations, maintenance, and sustainment personnel across telemetry, microwave, and flight line domains. Strong background in flight test operations and management is essential.

The role requires planning, budgeting, and coordination with customers, and offers a compensation range aligned with DoD-level responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 12 years related experience with 4 years supervisory, required.
• Strong knowledge of program management and systems engineering principles.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary JT4 point of contact for Range’s functional specialists and report on performance.
• Establish guidelines to meet JT4 and Air Force requirements; manage branch performance.
• Evaluate procedures, reassign priorities, and ensure on-schedule, within-budget execution.
• Provide guidance to personnel; interview and select candidates; disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain operational status info on projects, budgets, and development plans.
