Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as electrician, plumber, HVAC mechanic, or EVS position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with the Director and Manager of Facilities.
• Schedule weekly team member work and forecasted workloads.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment; ensure timely completion.
• Read blueprints and participate in training; conduct safety coaching.
