Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years of maintenance experience in a school district or large multi-building operation; 3+ years supervisory preferred.
• Willingness for 24-hour on-call emergencies and after-hours work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial and maintenance staff, including work direction and personnel evaluation.
• Organize workforce assignments with the Director of Buildings and Grounds for optimum efficiency.
• Manage work order tickets and coordinate with maintenance and custodial teams.
• Assist with hiring, training, and substitute personnel; support safety training programs.
• Provide technical information and guidance on services, products, and standards.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff, administration, and community; uphold district policies.
