Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College coursework, trade school training, or 5 years of related experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years in building services management or facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Building Service Managers and coordinate personnel.
• Develop and monitor daily and long-range work schedules.
• Prepare and monitor cleaning schedules for facilities.
• Provide on-the-job training for Plant Operators and supervisors.
• Coordinate emergency operations and weather-related responses.
• Collaborate with administrators to address building service needs.
• Maintain documentation and records related to inspections and staffing.
• Ensure prudent use of equipment and supplies.
