Job summary

UNFI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building operations, supervise vendors and staff, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficient facilities management across the site in New Hampshire. The role emphasizes coordination with contractors, budget monitoring, and adherence to HACCP/SQF policies as applicable.

Education and experience requirements include an Associate's Degree (or equivalent) with 1–3 years in related fields.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of related computer applications.
• Excellent understanding of facility management procedures.
• One to three years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise vendors and staff to ensure building operations run efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment operation.
• Coordinate with external clients, contractors, and officials.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and compliance with safety policies.
• Train and counsel employees to improve performance.
• Assist in OSHA reviews and HACCP/SQF procedures where applicable.
