Qualifications

• Four years of experience in general building maintenance with leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA certifications and forklift certification are preferred.
• Able to pass post-offer physical examination and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs work of Building Services staff; manages schedules and assignments.
• Monitors facilities for safety and maintenance needs; coordinates projects.
• Maintains inventory and records of time, materials, and costs; prepares cost estimates.
• Trains staff on cleaning methods, safety, and equipment usage.
• Performs related duties as required.
