• Also must ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental requirements; and collecting, analyzing or preparing information about equipment.
• Substitution of education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education.
• Combination of education and experience may be used as described.
