Job summary

Greater Seacoast Health in Wakefield, NH is hiring a Facilities Coordinator to perform hands-on maintenance and operations across multiple healthcare locations. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a stable schedule, independent day-to-day duties, and close collaboration with the Facilities Manager to keep facilities safe and welcoming for patients and staff.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, inspections, coordinating with vendors, and supporting renovations and equipment moves.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel between Greater Seacoast Health locations
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn building systems and electronic documentation
• Experience in facilities or related hands-on environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs at assigned locations
• Complete interior and exterior walkthroughs and inspections
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service calls
• Monitor building systems and preventive maintenance
• Assist with renovations, moves, and new location setups
