Job summary

Caring Health Center, Inc. seeks a Facilities Operations Assistant to help maintain and support multiple healthcare facilities. You will assist with routine upkeep, safety compliance, and building systems across sites, responding to work orders and documenting activities.

The role requires basic maintenance skills, a valid Massachusetts driver’s license, and the ability to travel between locations as needed. Healthcare facility experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2-3 years of related facilities or healthcare facility maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and overall condition of facilities, grounds, equipment, and building systems.
• Respond to work orders and provide facilities support across multiple locations.
• Coordinate maintenance or repairs and document work requests.
