The Nagler Group seeks a Facilities Coordinator to keep a Seacoast, NH living community safe, comfortable, and fully operational for residents. This hands‑on role offers both full‑time and part‑time options and pays $21‑$23/hr, onsite.

You’ll tackle repairs, turnovers, and routine safety checks while coordinating with vendors and staff. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in building maintenance, with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC experience.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of general building maintenance experience.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to prioritize work with minimal direction.
• Strong communication skills and a resident‑focused approach.
• Healthcare or senior living experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to perform physical maintenance work, up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Complete apartment turnovers, including painting, drywall, fixtures, locks, and cleaning
• Handle custodial, groundskeeping, landscaping, snow removal, and common‑area upkeep
• Respond to work orders and conduct routine safety and facility inspections
• Monitor life safety systems and maintain accurate maintenance and inventory records
• Coordinate with vendors and support equipment and facility operations
• Respond to emergencies and collaborate with residents and staff as needed
