Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Secaucus, NJ to support site operations, assist Facility Managers with maintenance, vendor oversight, and occupancy services. You will help ensure service levels are met and clients are supported on a day-to-day basis.

You will conduct daily walkthroughs, respond to work orders, coordinate repairs, and provide information to vendors to ensure efficient execution with minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in multi-site, manufacturing or distribution environments preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements is advantageous.
• Understanding basic property systems (AC, chiller, fire protection, electrical) helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support site operations and assist Facility Managers with maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Respond to work orders promptly and ensure safe, organized facilities.
• Schedule repairs, manage minor works, and track completion.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to minimize disruption.
• Assist with events, meetings, and conference facilities as needed.
• Maintain emergency response plans and support environment health and safety.
• Open/close facilities and manage access control and security tasks.
• Handle reception, guest support, mail, supplies, and building access coordination.
