Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Account Manager in Washington, DC to lead account staff and manage procurement, accounting, and payroll related tasks. You will oversee on-site admin, vendor relations, work orders, budgets, and staff records while coordinating with the client and internal teams.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, overseeing time entry, onboarding, and training, plus providing admin support and project coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 5+ years with Facility Services or Subcontracting experience a plus.
• Strong experience with finance, accounting and budgets; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Procurement, billing and accounting for account; manage spend and invoicing.
• Administrate on-site filing, training records, and HR processes in Workday.
• Support payroll, time-entry, onboarding and staff scheduling; back up call center.
