A leading company is seeking a Facilities Ops Manager to oversee integrated facilities management across multi-site operations. The role involves managing utility systems, ensuring compliance, and leading maintenance teams. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in facilities management.
The Facilities Ops Manager oversees integrated facilities management services across multi-site operations covering approximately 1 million square feet. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with service agreements, corporate standards, laws, and safety regulations. The role involves managing site utility infrastructure, central plant equipment, refrigeration, and primary and secondary building systems (HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, lighting, IT support, etc.) across various facilities. The Ops Manager optimizes resource utilization, collaborates with support teams, and maintains communication with labor relations to resolve issues. This position supervises all activities related to integrated facility management services.
The salary range for this position is $75K - $85K, which Aramark expects to offer based on current estimates.
