GGP is seeking an Operations Manager in Maine to lead cost-effective property operations, maintenance, and asset preservation. You will assist the Sr.

General Manager to meet performance metrics, coordinate construction, oversee contracted services, and drive project management. The role requires 2+ years in center management and 3+ years in facilities operations; strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor management skills are essential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• 2+ years of experience or training in shopping centers or equivalent management and leadership.
• 3+ years of facilities operations or construction management preferred.
• Strong understanding of building systems, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective writing and communication skills to supervise and direct teams.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a clean, well maintained property providing guests with a positive shopping experience.
• Oversee assets to maintain standards in the most economical manner.
• Prepare multi-year capital and operating expense plans and projects.
• Develop tenant relationships to ensure compliance with lease requirements and timelines.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs and vendor compliance.
• Ensure code-compliant safety systems and required reports are maintained.
• Support safety and sustainability programs and monitor utility consumption.
• Manage direct reports and collaborate with corporate departments.
• Review invoices and oversee payments; participate in MOD scheduling.
