Job summary

The Customer Business Manager will lead a team, plan preventative maintenance, manage budgets, and ensure contract compliance. Strong communication with the customer and oversight of trades and engineers are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years experience in a Facility Management discipline.

Responsibilities

• Direct hard services for the facility and manage the client relationship.
• Lead a team of technical staff and scheduler/planners; plan preventative maintenance, repairs, lifecycles and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineers and trades to ensure alignment with contract requirements and operational policies.
