Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of progressively responsible experience in facility maintenance or custodial operations.
• Proven supervisory or management experience.
• Proficiency with CMMS and related maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and operations of facilities maintenance and custodial services.
• Develop and manage cleaning schedules for multiple city facilities.
• Direct and supervise facilities staff and resources across locations.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized services when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and inspections.
• Utilize CMMS to manage work orders, preventative maintenance, and reporting.
• Promote accountability and exceptional customer service in operations.
