Starting salary is $86,910.48, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with related experience.
• Five years of related experience, including three years supervisory.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine, preventative, and planned maintenance.
• Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations with coordinators.
• Manage building access and emergency procedures.
• Provide clear communication and customer service.
• Mentor and develop Facilities Coordinators.
