ESFM is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operations of a healthcare facility, ensuring high-quality services for customers. The role involves leading the facilities team, managing office services, vendor relations, safety, and purchasing with a focus on compliance and efficiency.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years of management experience in facilities services, strong customer service, and effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years management experience with increasing levels of responsibility within facilities services or other service related field preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and make sound decisions in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Hiring process for the team, including professional development and performance reviews.
• Office Services management including daily activities, events, vendor contracts, and internal communications.
• Vendor management including coordination with outside vendors and contract monitoring.
• Safety and Security responsibilities including emergency procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Purchasing and Reporting including financial reports, attendance, payroll, inventory, and service reports.
