Job summary

EMCOR Government Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the National Archives and Records Administration facilities contract in Washington, DC.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L awareness, and management of multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors across MEP systems. You will oversee IDIQ planning and cost estimating, coordinate with government stakeholders, and ensure safe, compliant operations at NARA facilities, including custodial, warehousing, and AV

Qualifications

• 7+ years supervising 5+ managers in a complex environment.
• 5+ years IDIQ management and MEP planning in large facilities.
• Associates or Bachelor's in engineering, PM, construction or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and daily oversight of maintenance operations.
• Oversee IDIQ planning, cost estimating, and bid package preparation.
• Direct subcontractors and ensure contract performance to standards.
• Manage facility operations and asset information in Maximo.
