Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to support our facilities maintenance team at Asbury Bethany Village, Mechanicsburg, PA. The role oversees maintenance, grounds, housekeeping and renovations with a strong focus on safety and service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a solid mechanical/electrical/HVAC/structural background and strong financial acumen; healthcare experience is preferred. Strong leadership and client-relations skills are essential.

Pay Range: $11,0075 per year - $142,450 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary.

Job Description

Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to support our facilities maintenance team at Asbury Bethany Village, located in Mechanicsburg, PA. The Facilities Operations Manager will oversee maintenance, grounds, housekeeping & renovation projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, fire protection, and safety systems. A strong financial acumen is needed. Prior experience in a healthcare environment is desired.
