Cook Children\'s Medical Center in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Manager of Facilities Operations to serve as the resident expert on utility systems. The role plans, organizes, and supervises maintenance and operation of the Facility and its systems.

You will maintain the Physical Plant, Chillers, Boilers, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Medical Gas, Plumbing and other utilities to near-new condition while promoting safe working conditions.

Qualifications

• 3 years demonstrated levels of increasing responsibility with building systems.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and supervises maintenance and operation of the Facility and its systems.
• Maintains and operates the Physical Plant, Chillers, Boilers, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Medical Gas, Vertical Lift, Plumbing, Sewage, and other Utility Systems in an operative condition.
